Refunds in plain terms
A commercial refund window of 7 natural days starting from DELIVERED, with your statutory rights always preserved. Refunds for purchases processed by Paddle are executed through Paddle as Merchant of Record.
Commercial refund window
- Window length
- 7 natural days.
- Start event
- The window starts from DELIVERED — the recorded delivery of the purchased product or service, not from payment.
- Precondition
- The window starts only once delivery has been recorded (a delivery confirmation is kept for each order).
- If not delivered
- If the product or service was not actually delivered, the window does not auto-start — and if you never received what you paid for, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of the window.
If something goes wrong
Not delivered
If the service was never delivered, you receive a full refund.
Delivery failure
If delivery failed, we apply a remediation-or-refund rule: we remedy the delivery failure, or you receive a refund.
Your statutory rights
These commercial terms exist independently and are not replaced or limited by the window above — and the window never takes precedence over your statutory rights. Where a statutory right applies and is more favourable to you, the statutory right applies. The commercial refund window does not limit any statutory withdrawal or refund right you may have.
How to request a refund
Send your request through the support entry below, or reply directly to your Paddle order confirmation email. Include your order reference; we respond through the same channel. Where a purchase was processed by Paddle, Paddle's buyer refund channel also applies and is stated in your order confirmation.
FAQ
When does the 7-day window start?
From DELIVERED (the system-recorded delivery status), provided delivery proof filed. Payment date alone does not start the window.
What if the delivery failed?
Remediation-or-refund: we fix the delivery failure, or you receive a refund.
Does this policy remove my legal rights?
No. The commercial window never takes precedence over your statutory rights; where a statutory right applies and is more favourable, the statutory right applies.
